Washington State vaping industry and community is about to be wiped off the face of the map... this is NOT reasonable regulations. 

WA SB6254 Concerns:

“Sale” includes giving away product at any price – including free.

“Vapor Product” includes HARDWARE & LIQUID.

Permanent ban on flavored e-liquid (tobacco flavors only)

Failing to procure the proper license is a felony. WA reserves right to have LEO’s inspect premises.

Holding a manufacturers license PREVENTS you from having a retailer or delivery sale license.

Retailer’s / Distributors / Delivery Seller licensees can only sell products obtained from an entity holding a manufacturer’s license in WA.

Anyone holding any vaping license may not sell flavor shots, flavoring or anything else that could flavor a product. 

Ban on 20mg / 2% or more e-liquid.

No more than 10mL bottles. Closed container cartridges no more than 2mL. 

Tanks can’t be more than 2mL

Distributors / Manufacturers must submit to WA all ingredients AND ANY CHEMICAL PRODUCED DURING ATOMIZATION of product. Nothing may be sold until time which the disclosure has been presented to state – under penalty of perjury.

No sampling, period.

No sales UNDER COST.

Immediate upon signing: Section 2 (definitions), Sections 6-8 (flavors, container size, nic strength), Sections 15-18 (signage, enforcement), Sections 24, 25 (Federal concurrence)

180 days after signing: 3,4 (licensing).
